Warranty-Condition (New, Factory Refurbished, and Used)

We understand some of you might not know the difference between the three types of qualities we offer in our store. We want to make it easy for you by providing the full details this way everyone knows what they are purchasing, so lets get to it!

 

New

These items are brand new sealed. They have never been opened, comes with its original packaging. They come with a 1-3 year warranty directly with the manufacturer.

 

Factory Refurbished

These products have been opened but have been handled with care. They are in excellent condition and have been repaired directly with the manufacturer. in this case, a 3 month warranty is provided directly with the manufacturer (HP, Dell, Apple and you get the idea)

 

Used 

These items have been used, but we make sure the quality of these laptops are in Grade A condition. The functionality and the appearance are in top notch condition and may have minor scratches, compared to Grades B and C which have major scratches or dings. these items do have a 14 day warranty.
